“Animal Law is a bit of a misnomer for this section but in the context of the web site, it still fits. The reader is simply reminded that I am not a lawyer nor am I even very experienced with animal Law.
That said however, there are many resources that the person on the street should be aware of and that is what I hope to have compiled here. Whether it’s a dog, cat, horse, turtle or most any animal, there are laws governing the treatment, sale and handling of same. I’ll add to this section as time permits and opportunity presents so it might be worth checking back now and then if you have an interest in any of the areas included here.
